Reinforcement strategies is a workshop meant to clean up communication between dog and trainer. The day will be split between how to best use toys and food. Getting bit? Barked at? Is your dog frantic during shaping? Learn more about the emotional connection between reinforcement and training outcomes. This workshop will be a mixture of lecture, discussion, human applications, and human/dog applications. It will clear up question about why, when, and what to use for reinforcement, as well as present some alternative strategies.
